How coaching works

We start with a conversation to understand your goals and context. Together, we’ll agree a coaching programme that fits your needs and schedule. Coaching sessions are typically one-to-one, confidential, and delivered online or in person. Most leaders choose a package of 4–6 sessions to build momentum, but we tailor everything to you.
