About us
With over 60 years combined experience, we formed People Shift in 2024 to help develop great leaders and managers, create high-performing teams and help organisations thrive.

Love where you work
At People Shift, we believe the key to high-performing teams and organisations lies in creating great places to work. When people feel seen, valued, and supported — and when their work brings energy, meaning, enrichment, reward, and connection — they don’t just perform better; they thrive. And when people thrive, organisations thrive too.
Our programmes help leaders, teams, and individuals develop the skills and behaviours that turn good workplaces into great ones. Drawing on positive psychology and evidence-based practice, we equip people with practical tools to build environments where motivation, creativity, and collaboration come naturally.
Loving your work doesn’t mean every day is effortless. It means having the skills, mindsets, and relationships that help you find reward and purpose, overcome challenges, and keep growing. These are the shifts that we help you create.
